Tropical Storm Eta Update

Clerk and Comptroller Polk County, Florida

11 a.m. Update: Jurors summoned for Thursday, November 12 are no longer needed and should not report.

Due to Tropical Storm Eta, the report time for jurors on Thursday, November 12 is delayed to 12:45 p.m. Visit the jury page for information about jury duty.

All other Clerk services remain unaffected and operations will begin at 8 a.m.
