County Civil Limits Increase to $50,000

County Civil Limit Increase January 1, 2023 Change

On Jan. 1, county civil limits will increase from $30,000 to $50,000 and all other previous changes will remain the same.

  • There are still no changes to the fees.
  • The $8,000 small claims limit remains.
  • Civil cover sheets are still required.
