Did an unpaid traffic ticket slip your mind? We've all been there before. But the good news is that paying your traffic ticket doesn't have to be a complicated or time-consuming process. Here are four ways to easily pay your fines.
Paying your traffic ticket online is quick and convenient.
- You'll need your citation number, which you can find on your ticket.
- Enter your date of birth without hyphens or slashes (e.g., MMDDYYYY).
- Payments processed after 7 p.m. EST will be applied the next business day and may incur delinquent fees.
- Once you've read and understood this information, you can proceed to pay our traffic ticket online.
Pay in Person
If you prefer to handle things in person, visit one of our locations in either Bartow, Lakeland, or Lake Alfred. We accept credit cards and cash. Please note that the credit card processing vendor charges a convenience fee. You can also pay with cash at any Amscot location (Amscot charges a $2.50 service fee *Please note this is subject to change*). Keep in mind that it may take a few days for Amscot payments to be posted to our system.

Payments by mail must have the proper postage and be received by the due date to avoid late fees and the suspension of your driver's license. Follow the mailing instructions provided at the bottom of your traffic citation. The Clerk's office accepts checks or money orders payable to "Clerk of Court." Mail your payment to:
