As the County Comptroller, Stacy M. Butterfield serves as the Clerk to the Board. In this role, the Clerk:
- Attends meetings of the Board of County Commissioners and committees of the board
- Produces, records, indexes and distributes the official minutes of these meetings
- Maintains legal custody of the Official County Seal
- Maintains custody of all county resolutions, ordinances, and contracts
- Processes appeals for Value Adjustment Board
