FORM REQUIREMENTS:

  3. Acrobat Reader Version 7 or earlier is required to access the application. Version 8 is not supported. To install use the link in the page tools table located on the bottom left hand side of the page.
  4. Make sure that "launching files and programs in an IFRAME" is enabled.
    • Internet Explorer - You can access this by entering the internet options under tools, clicking on the securtiy tab, and clicking on the "custom level" button. Scroll down to find this option.
PROBLEMS:
Problem 1: Cannot Browse Multiple PDF Files with Microsoft Internet Explorer
Symptoms: When you try to view a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file in Internet Explorer, you may see a blank window or frame instead of the .pdf file. This may occur even though you have installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, and you are normally able to view .pdf files in that program.
