Collections Enforcement General Information
The Collections Enforcement Department collects fines and court costs for misdemeanor, criminal traffic, felony, civil infractions, and county and municipal ordinances. Fines and court costs are due at the time of sentencing. Defendants must report to Collections Enforcement immediately after court. Qualified defendants may apply for a payment plan. A sworn application is completed and reviewed, and individual interviews are conducted. The cases are then monitored by the Collections Enforcement officers for compliance.
