Performs all duties of the elected Clerk of Courts as required by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida which include Clerk to the Courts, Recorder of Deeds, Clerk and Auditor to the Board of County Commissioners, and Accountant and Custodian of County Funds.

Second in command to the Clerk of Courts. Responsible for the successful overall operation of the Clerk's Office, including but not limited to all Clerk and Board of County Commissioner fiscal duties, Court support functions, maintenance of Official Records, and all related responsibilities.
