The Records Department provides on-site microfilming of Official Records and other records of the Clerk. Copies are provided for sale to the public as well as being available for reviewing in the Official Records Division. Microfilm copies of Official Records are also stored with the Department of State, Bureau of Archives. This department also has plats, maps and criminal records for review by the public. Copies of these records are provided for sale to the public at the statutory fee.
