The Human Resources Department for
the Clerk of Courts is located in the Courthouse in Bartow. This department is
responsible for performing all Human Resources functions for the Clerk’s Office,
including recruitment, benefit administration, classification and compensation
administration, training and development, employee relations, plus compliance
with policies, as well as compliance with state and federal laws governing
employment.
